Charles Arthur Houtz, 78, of Ottawa, died on Tuesday morning, July 24, 2018 at his home. Memorial services will be at 12Noon on Tuesday, July 31, at the Deer Park Community Church, with Rev. Paul Bladen, Pastor, officiating.
