If you are planning to visit Waltham Curling Club you will be required to sign waiver forms before stepping on the ice. Spectators are not required to sign a form. You can review the waiver forms using the link provided below. You can print, sign and bring the waiver forms with you or you can fill them out once you arrive at the Club.
