Make sure you complete BOTH of the following steps.
Request a new password:
- Go to the Member Login section and click on "Forgot Login?"
- Click on "Lost Password"
- Enter your Username (your default Username is Firstname_Lastname) and email address.
- Click on "Send Password"
- You should receive an email with your new temporary password. You may now login. Change your password using the instructions below.
Change your Username, password or other personal information
- Login using the Member Login area (if not already logged in)
- Click on "My Information" in the Member Menu area
- Hover your cursor over the "Edit" button in the upper left corner
- Click on "Update Your Profile"
- Change your password to a permanent password (the one you received above is only temporary)
- Change any additional desired information on the various tabs
- Click on "Update"
