The Waltham junior boys team (Logan Brandner, Maxwell Salander, Logan Fahr, Dagen Setchell) continued their winning streak by taking top honors at the St.Louis Winter Classic bonspiel hosted at Waltham Curling Club. They won each match without ever playing a full eight end game. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.
Waltham teams also took 1st and runner-up honors in the 2nd event. Team Hess (Mike Hess, Dawn Hess, Nate Hess, Mary Jane Gosling) defeated Team Parke (Steve Parke, Paul Salander, Rachel Puckett, Mark Rogers) on a last shot in-off. This was the first bonspiel for Mary Jane and Mark, both graduates of our 2019 Beginners League.
